We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Prepare fresh food and drinks to a high standard
- Support our chefs in preparing and serving meals
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
