Rural Land Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Rural Surveyor to join our team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our land management team, you will be responsible for managing diverse let estates across the UK, collaborating with in-house experts, tenants, and stakeholders to achieve sustainable land and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland and deer management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Develop and implement sustainable land management strategies, incorporating environmental considerations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Strong knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management principles.
- Experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming practices.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
