  • Technical Excellence:
    • Review and quality-check tax returns and computations completed by junior members, providing constructive feedback.
    • Stay up-to-date with recent tax laws to provide expert advice.
    • Address corporate tax-related queries and liaise with HMRC as required.
  • Advisory Prowess:
    • Provide expert insights on matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital allowances.
    • Guide clients in understanding the tax implications of various business decisions.
  • Team Interaction:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive financial advice.
    • Support the professional growth of junior staff.
    • Contribute to in-house projects focused on improving efficiency or broadening services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in corporate tax within an accountancy setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office.
