Project Manager Job Description

At Net2Source Inc., we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Change Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for planning and executing Business Change initiatives that drive business-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex Business Change projects, leveraging your expertise to navigate fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and risk escalation.
  • Identify and plan for interdependencies and constraints within programs or portfolios of projects, simplifying complex situations to aid business understanding and decision-making.
  • Apply resource planning, business planning, and benefits management expertise to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with technology project managers to deliver projects that meet business and technology needs.
  • Work independently to progress project shaping, setup, and delivery, with a focus on delivering excellence for customers and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with project delivery best practices and apply them to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading Business Change projects with business-wide impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate decision-making and risk escalation.
  • Ability to recognize and plan for interdependencies and constraints within programs or portfolios of projects.
  • Resource planning, business planning, and benefits management experience.
  • Experience working in matrix environments, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
  • Passion for delivering excellence for customers and employees, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
