Key Responsibilities- Manage quality concerns related to design and specification, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.
- Lead projects with multi-functional teams, driving results and achieving department targets.
- Investigate operational environments and customer concerns, traveling to incident vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with service colleagues, design, and factories to reduce warranty and improve customer satisfaction.
- Travel overseas, occasionally at short notice, to support global projects.
- University degree in Automotive and/or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Demonstrable problem analysis and solving skills, with a flexible attitude towards prioritizing work based on category needs.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in troubleshooting and testing software systems.
- Demonstrable experience in Chassis area (brakes, suspension, steering, fuel) and/or ADAS systems, with good knowledge of power electronics, HEV, EV, energy management, and high voltage systems.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical components, sensors, automotive system architectures, and communication protocols.
We offer a flexible working environment, with the option to work from home for up to 50% of working days in any month. Our regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 13:00 on Fridays.
