About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Wednesbury site. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care experiences through meetings with customers and colleagues. You will be expected to execute customer issues, such as complaints, in a timely and professional manner. Flexibility is essential in this role.
We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Your Mission at Elis UK Limited
- Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management.
- Support an internal service inbox and handle customer and internal enquiries.
- Deal with customer complaints and complete KPI information for Key Account Managers.
- Run and manipulate customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
- Upload information into customer portals.
- Coordinate and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects and workstreams.
- Support other teams during annual leave.
What will make you stand out?
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Customer and solution-focused.
- Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
