Job Summary: Aspire Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their professional services team based in Ringwood. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and be able to provide exceptional support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day workflow.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £30k-£32,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 30-37.5 hour working week, with flexibility to accommodate school hours.
