Position: Operations Support Manager

Salary: £30,144 per annum, plus 5% discretionary bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, primarily 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for late shifts and weekends.

Overview:
As an integral member of our dynamic property team, the Operations Support Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience within our well-established accommodations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of property management and compliance, while fostering strong relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional resident experiences by ensuring the properties are well-maintained and compliant.
2. Collaborate with team members to manage mini-projects related to financial performance, sales, and seasonal transitions.
3. Engage with various stakeholders, including third-party contractors and educational institutions, to advocate for resident needs and uphold service excellence.
4. Support team members in areas such as rebooking, sales initiatives, event planning, compliance, safety, and welfare.
5. Lead specific onsite departments, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
6. Drive sales and marketing efforts to achieve optimal results, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a managerial role within student accommodation, residential management, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.

- Familiarity with property management, maintenance inquiries, and facilities oversight.
- Resilience and the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to managing change and challenges.
