As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for handling a book of small renewals every month, working closely with our existing customers and insurers to provide the best possible solution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew commercial insurance products
  • Upsell and cross-sell at every opportunity
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities and overcome any objections to close the sale

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident phone manner
  • Minimum 1 year's commercial insurance experience or Customer Service experience

  • Self-organize, with the ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize the workload
