The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plant Operative to join our team at Colemans Asphalt Plant near Frome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment, mixing asphalt, and ensuring the smooth production and distribution of materials.

As a Plant Operative, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through internal and external training programs. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile plant equipment, including loading shovels and telehandlers
  • Mix and produce asphalt materials
  • Check and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
