Murex Technical Consultant

Harrington Starr is currently working with a leading financial institution to find a skilled Murex Technical Consultant.

This role is part of a first-of-its-kind post-trade derivatives platform utility, allowing worldwide investment banks to leverage IT services, decrease their cost base, and increase their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support for the entire Murex production chain.
  • Analyze and manage incidents, proposing solutions and identifying root causes for recurring problems.
  • Monitor technical services activity and propose improvements for performance.
  • Manage technical releases and oversee Murex environments (excluding production environments).
  • Develop enhancements to improve the technical support team's work and create technical documentation.
  • Share knowledge and coach newcomers through a continuous training program.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Murex Technical Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Murex platforms.
