Senior Tax Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our tax advisory team, you will be responsible for providing complex tax advice to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide input on corporation tax returns for larger and more complex clients
  • Review personal tax returns for clients with more complex affairs
  • Deal with client tax queries on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist with planned strategic tax advice, including group reconstructions and statutory business clearances
  • Work with Owner-Managers to provide practical solutions to issues facing their businesses
  • Manage a tax team of two, including one in Personal Tax and one in Corporate Tax

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification (dual accounts/tax qualification desirable)
  • Background in providing tax advice to SMEs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organised and good time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload

What We Offer:

  • Salary of circa £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
  • PMI, 25 days leave, discretionary bonuses
  • Free parking
  • Study contracts (if applicable)
