Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Senior Vice President of Supply to spearhead all supply-side initiatives for our Intelligent Marketplace team. This role involves overseeing teams dedicated to Business Development, Account Management, and Operations across various regions including the US, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in a strategic area that significantly influences our global revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and executing the Global Supply strategy aimed at enhancing direct supply inventory and accelerating various direct connection types (SDK, CTV, OB, TAM, and Prebid).
- Expanding our Publisher portfolio from hundreds to tens of thousands across diverse formats (CTV, mobile, in-app, video, web, display).
- Leading a growing global team of over 40 professionals in Business Development, Account Management, and Operations, with plans for expansion into new strategic markets.
- Utilizing personal connections with global publishers to drive deal-making efforts.
- Managing rapid innovations and establishing new Account Management and Operational processes to accommodate a larger customer base.
- Applying your extensive experience to foster operational excellence across Business Development, Account Management, and Operations.
- Leveraging your knowledge of connection technologies (RTB, SDK, PreBid, VAST) and product strategies to guide your teams and cross-functional partners in execution.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality, problem-solving, and prompt delivery.
- Considering long-term strategies that may involve both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a large SSP, leading Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams to scale direct publishers globally, with accountability for departmental performance.
- Ability to develop strategic plans over a 1-2 year horizon.
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex situations with limited precedents, resulting in impactful solutions for the company.
- Experience in integrating new processes across the organization and securing buy-in from stakeholders.
- Capability to anticipate business, market, and regulatory challenges, recommending improvements to products, processes, and services.
- Extensive knowledge of the supply-side marketplace ecosystem.
- Strong operational leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to leading teams.
