Job Title: Tax Graduate Programme

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Tax division on our 2025 Graduate Programme.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their commercial and technical skills and build a long-term career in Tax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the completion of the Group's tax compliance obligations.
  • Work with the business to understand the impact of tax changes.
  • Provide a point of contact for tax queries arising within the business.
  • Stay abreast of developments in market practice, legislation and regulation through technical research.
  • Use Alphatax, Longview, Alteryx and Power BI, plus any other new tools as they may become available, to support compliance, data analysis, workflow management or other day-to-day tasks.
  • Communicate, explain and escalate issues and ideas within the Group Tax team and the wider business.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Numerate and analytical - you'll have solid numerical skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Organised, diligent and methodical.
  • Collaborative and flexible - happy to get involved in a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Enthusiasm, focus and willingness to work hard.
  • Passionate - You'll be passionate about building a long-term career in Tax.
