Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in mortgage and protection advice, working closely with our experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mortgage and protection products, including CeMAP qualifications.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough fact-finds and research to identify the most suitable mortgage and protection solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with our specialist Mortgage Advisers to arrange appointments and provide ongoing support to customers.
Requirements
  • A strong desire to work in the Financial Services industry, particularly in mortgages and protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Competent user of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • A full driving license and use of a vehicle to travel to our offices as required.
