**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team at Devon County Council. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Music Curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement engaging and challenging Music lessons for students of all ages and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support student growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Music programs that meet the needs of all students.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in Music education, incorporating new ideas and approaches into your teaching.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting a love of Music and the arts among students and staff.

• Strong background in Music education, with a proven track record of success in teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
