Employee Relations Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Pertemps SSDC DDT. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for ER case management for a specific part of the business. You will work closely with Line Managers and HR colleagues to support a range of ER processes, including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, and sickness absence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide advice and support to line managers, employees, and HR on performance management, conduct issues, grievances, and flexible working requests
* Conduct thorough ER investigations and provide documentation
* Liaise and coach line managers on performance and ER processes
* Support the wider team on ER matters

**Requirements**

* CIPD and degree level qualified or equivalent
* Strong understanding of employment law
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong consultancy and problem-solving skills

**What We Offer**

* Flexible and remote working options
* Occasional travel may be required
* 3-month contract covering long-term sickness, with a possibility of extension
