Role Overview:

White Goods Engineer
Currys is seeking a skilled White Goods Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our home services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods appliances in customers' homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading retailer of technology and make a real impact on our customers' lives. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company van and manage your day effectively, working mainly on your own.
  • Test, diagnose, and fix white goods appliances in customers' homes.
  • Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
  • Build up our reputation as a home services expert.

You will need:

  • Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
  • To love that feeling when you've delivered for a customer.
