About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work on a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and plumbing work, with experience in trade-specific tasks such as carpentry, minor brickwork, and minor internal repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular proactive visits to stores for maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with store managers to ensure timely action on required works
  • Responding to emergency calls within agreed service level agreements
  • Updating job portals and ensuring thorough audits are conducted

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electricians with 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical & plumbing experience, with some experience in trade-specific tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and organisational abilities
  • Clean, valid UK Driving Licence
