Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and promote Occupational Health Services to clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional outcomes.
  2. Act as a Corporate Medical Advisor, providing expert advice on occupational health issues to private and public sector organizations, from pre-employment to ill health retirement.
  3. Offer medical guidance to client insurance companies on long-term disability and accident claims.
  4. Provide clinical advice to Pension Trustees on fitness for entry into pension schemes and reviews of existing claims.
  5. Attend client premises to provide clinic services or case management advice, as needed.
  6. Deliver a range of health surveillance services at Physician level and provide reviews.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Diploma in Occupational Medicine (AFOM/MFOM) or equivalent.
  2. Current GMC registration.
  3. Current MDU membership.
  4. Proven experience in providing Occupational Health services.

Contract Details:

  1. Salary: £85,000-£120,000 (dependent on experience).
  2. Remote work arrangement.
  3. Permanent position.
  4. Full-time or part-time (minimum 2 days per week).
