  • Deliver a range of health and wellbeing services across various settings, including the Wellness Centre and wider neighbourhood assets.
  • Support and coordinate operational delivery to groups and members of the public, developing positive working relationships with local community groups, partners, and key agencies.
  • Work with customers with high-risk health conditions to connect them with suitable health, education, leisure, and wellbeing activities in the community.
