At Haas F1 Team, we're seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our performance engineering department, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our car's performance and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of telemetry data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance car performance.
  • Simulation and Testing: Collaborate with the race engineer to develop and implement simulation models, and conduct testing to validate performance gains.
  • Setup and Configuration: Work with the driver coach to develop and implement optimal car setups for various track conditions.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain data analysis tools to aid in performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate performance insights and recommendations to the team, ensuring seamless collaboration and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or physics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a trackside engineer, preferably in Formula 1.
  • Skills: Strong technical background in racing car performance and vehicle dynamics, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
