About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team in one of our instore departments, providing on the spot feedback, and celebrating success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team in one of our instore departments
  • Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently
  • Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
  • Support in delivering meticulous store presentation taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand
  • Be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential

About You:

We are looking for someone with recent supervisory experience, a passion for retail and people, and the ability to communicate at all levels. You should be a confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, detail orientated, and have a desire and hunger to be the best.
