  • At least 2 years of experience working in the sports sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with players, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions during matches.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage team schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment.
  • A Level 1 football and/or futsal qualification.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to assess player performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for matches and tournaments as needed.
