Adult Care Worker

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Adult Care Worker to join their team in a supported living setting for adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain accurate care plans, ensuring the individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Administer medication, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.
  • Enhanced DBS check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for service users.
  • Full UK driving licence, enabling flexibility in work arrangements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
