Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Romans Recruitment Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects valued between £8-15 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead site management teams, ensuring site performance and progress meet contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site management teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, including health and safety, quality control, and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Relevant qualifications, including a degree in a construction-related field and in-date SMSTS, CSCS Managers and Professional card, and First Aid certification.
