Mobile Site Technician - Blackburn Region (Groundwork Maintenance)

Overview:

This position involves groundwork maintenance and necessitates a valid UK driving license along with substantial experience in groundwork repair. The compensation is set at £32,800 per annum, complemented by holiday pay and competitive overtime rates.

A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, allowing the vehicle to be taken home daily. All necessary work attire, tools, and equipment will be supplied at no cost to the employee.

Work will primarily be conducted in Blackburn and its neighboring areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting groundwork maintenance on commercial properties.
  • Performing straightforward pothole repairs on commercial grounds.
  • Replacing drainage systems as required.
  • Executing tasks involving kerbs, paving, concrete work, and tarmac installation.
  • Operating from a base in Blackburn.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Extensive experience in groundwork.
  • Proficiency in kerb installation, paving, tarmac laying, and drainage systems.
  • Experience in groundwork repair and maintenance.

This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with a full UK driving license and solid prior experience in groundwork, particularly in repair, tarmac, kerbs, paving, and drainage systems.
