This role operates Monday to Friday, from 09:30am to 6:00pm, with the possibility of remote work on Fridays.Benefits include:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Suite, and a solid understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram are essential. This friendly practice offers a diverse role with the chance to shape your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily studio operations and remote work requirements.
Maintaining inventory of office supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment for remote staff.
Coordinating with the landlord to address all premises-related matters, including access and security, as well as liaising with tenants and neighbors.
Scheduling and managing meeting spaces.
Arranging refreshments for meetings and maintaining meeting areas throughout the day.
Serving as the primary point of contact for the practice; managing the telephone system, welcoming visitors, and overseeing deliveries.
Updating and maintaining the practice website and social media communications with support from the Social Media Working Group.
Organizing internal meetings, project presentations, and practice updates.
Ensuring the Practice Handbook is current and communicating studio processes to the broader team.
Coordinating the practice's participation in networking events as needed.
Supporting Sustainability Champions in developing and promoting sustainability initiatives.
Assisting in the review and enhancement of environmental and CSR policies.
Managing and sustaining ongoing ISO14001 certification with guidance from external consultants and the management team.
Supporting the Practice Manager with HR administration, including onboarding new staff, IT setup, and workspace allocation.
Planning social events at the studio, including seasonal outings.
Coordinating a regular CPD program with assistance from team members and organizing additional training sessions as required.
Acting as the main contact for the Trainee Program and assisting in trainee management.
Organizing fire safety and other risk assessments to ensure compliance with legislation, with help from external consultants.
Monitoring and arranging for fire warden and first aid training as necessary.
Overseeing studio health and safety, including statutory signage and fire provisions, PPE, and safety equipment.
Keeping abreast of relevant legislation affecting premises and property and making recommendations.
Assisting in the review and updating of all practice policies and procedures.
Supporting IT arrangements and services, including practice filing systems and best practice documentation.
Assisting with the maintenance of practice accreditations as required.
Providing support for financial management tasks, including tracking expense receipts for external bookkeeping and ensuring timely payments to office suppliers.
