Job Title: Nurse Prescriber

Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Nurse Prescriber to join our team at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Fitness Centre in London.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified RGN with an active NMC pin and at least 2 years' experience to work as an Independent Nurse Prescriber. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to take initiative, and exercise independent judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescribe and administer intravenous medications, fluids, and nutrition to patients
  • Conduct nursing assessments and provide support as required in MSK, General Practice, and Health and Lifestyle Assessment
  • Work closely with the Medical Director and other management members
  • Provide clinical support within the area of specialism, offering expertise, advice, and support to all clinic staff and HCA's
  • Create and contribute to patients' medical records as needed
  • Ensure clinical environments are clean and safe and adhere to Infection Control Policy and Procedure's
  • Assist in ensuring resources are appropriately sourced and available to deliver nursing, HCA, and medical procedures
  • Ensure the preservation of confidentiality, privacy, and dignity in relation to patients, staff, and the organisation
Requirements
  • Qualified RGN with an active NMC pin and at least 2 years' experience
  • Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgement, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
  • Strong communication skills, eloquent written and verbal English
  • Excellent venepuncture and cannulation skills
  • Exemplary communication skills within the interdisciplinary team
  • Flexible to meet the needs of the service
  • Current DBS
