The Role
We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our busy team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Opening new cases and preparing relevant documents
- Communicating with agents and third parties
- Preparing court bundles and documents
- Reporting any issues or problems to team supervisors
- Closing files and ensuring accuracy
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a team player with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. You should have good IT skills and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours and Location
This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. You will be based in central Bristol, with no car parking available.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £23,600.
