Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Systems Analyst to join our team at Roc Search. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our commercial and financial data sets, ensuring data integrity and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Maintain and manage company commercial and financial data sets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Business Intelligence: Drive and document adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing data sets, systems, and the quality of associated information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and issue company sales data tables, including flash reports, holiday/incentive targets, league table reporting, deals done, and other relevant metrics.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and submit financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, together with supporting analysis.
  • External Reporting: Prepare and submit external reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Maintain and populate sales consultants billing tables on a monthly basis, and provide regular analysis of commercial and financial data to relevant stakeholders.
  • System Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial or sales analytics role.
  • Proven experience using Sage or any cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
