Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor

We are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor with a reputable fit-out contractor. This project is valued at approximately £4M and involves a CAT B Design & Build fit-out.

As the lead Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities and will report directly to the Project Manager on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within the allocated budget.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in both CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.
  • A proven track record of longevity in freelance positions with leading contractors.
  • Proficiency in Procore software.
  • Experience in executing commercial fit-out projects.
  • Significant expertise in Mechanical and Electrical (M+E) systems.
  • A solid understanding of building floor plates.
  • Ability to manage project timelines and effectively document meeting minutes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing fit-out projects as a Site Supervisor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with team members.
  • Relevant certifications including SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6.
