Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a pivotal member of our residential team, you will assist the manager in conducting various tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting viewings and registering suitable applicants
  • Qualify leads and provide excellent customer service
  • Drive to different locations across London to facilitate inspections
  • Visit properties and buildings for access
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Offer support across the team with a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality or retail background
  • Excellent customer service skills and confidence in office and client-facing environments
  • A full and clean driving license is essential
