About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 F&O Solutions Architect with a strong finance background to join our team at Innovative Tech People. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of D365 F&O solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Large-Scale ERP Implementations: Implement large-scale ERP systems using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on the Finance domain.
  • Financial Systems Expertise: Possess deep expertise in D365/AX Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Sales Order.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Best Practices and Standards: Establish and enforce best practices and standards for D365 F&O implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of ERP experience and 5 years of experience in D365 F&O implementation and architecture, with a strong focus on finance modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in D365 F&O, including customization, configuration, and integration. Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
