Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join our team at Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various drainage activities across London and Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate off-site resources effectively to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage safe working processes to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ensure contract performance meets standards and targets, and address any performance or personnel issues promptly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage works programs to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Price new works using contract-specific rates and handle quotations and customer management.
  • Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval.
  • Conduct regular site audits for quality and health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in drainage industry management, with a strong understanding of drainage infrastructure.
  • Consistent management of safe working processes, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.
  • Possession of a CSCS card.

Benefits:
