We are currently seeking a dedicated supervisor for our Exeter Branch.
- Lead by example as a hands-on supervisor, collaborating closely with the Branch Manager on daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Ensure operational excellence and meet branch sales objectives.
- Foster positive customer relationships while supporting sales initiatives.
- Assist in managing branch operations effectively.
- Provide support to branch colleagues as needed.
- Work with the Branch Manager to ensure timely completion of team tasks and activities.
- Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Oversee the upkeep of branch vehicles and facilities.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with confidence in engaging with clients.
- Strong commercial acumen to drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in IT, with experience in MS Office and relevant industry software.
- A valid driving license is required; a Forklift Truck license is advantageous.
- Ability to step in for the Branch Manager when necessary.
- Previous experience in stock management is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment and independently when required.
- Experience in a similar role within the trade, retail, or construction sectors is beneficial.
