Requirements
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in clinical pharmacy practice, preferably in a care home or community setting
  • Strong knowledge of medication management and optimization principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
