Job Summary:
Mitchell Adam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Client Accountants and overseeing the production of accurate management information and financial reports for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support the operational management team in making informed business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective financial reporting processes to meet the needs of our clients and senior management team.
- Manage and develop a team of Client Accountants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor and improve the accuracy and quality of financial reports and management information.
- Provide regular commercial recommendations to the business, based on your expert analysis of key financial factors.
Requirements:
- Qualified by experience, with a strong background in technical accounting and management reporting.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing a team of Client Accountants.
- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to quickly and efficiently interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong personality.
