Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our client's small, but highly motivated team in Jesmond. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to the team and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports, as well as coordinate events and special projects.
- Answer incoming calls and manage email correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator or personal assistant.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
What We Offer:
- A part-time position with a fantastic work-life balance, working three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) from 10am to 3pm.
- Free parking onsite and extremely accessible via public transport.
- A competitive salary of up to £27,000 pro rata.
