Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production of media, reprographics, and resources meets the highest standards.
- Manage and update the school’s digital presence, including press releases and promotional materials (training will be provided).
- Design and create high-quality materials available on short notice.
- Oversee the daily maintenance of audio-visual equipment.
- Utilize digital platforms such as Google Drive and Classroom for resource management.
- Prepare audio-visual devices for classroom activities, including cameras and digital tools.
- Assist in managing the media resources budget, exploring cost-effective solutions for consumables.
Qualifications:
- Proficient IT and audio-visual skills, with experience in various IT programs and creative design software.
- Willingness to undergo training for website updates.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
- A flexible, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience in audio-visual or reprographics, preferably within an educational setting, is advantageous.
Working Hours: This position operates Monday to Friday.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this role ranges from £14 to £16, commensurate with experience.
