About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Consultant for Recruitment Systems to join our People Platform at Lloyds Banking Group. This team is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences, fostering product innovation, and delivering agile solutions across our People Technology framework.
Your role will focus on improving the experiences of candidates and employees through innovative solutions, technical configurations, and insightful analytics. You will prioritize enhancements, new functionalities, and projects based on their impact on users and the organization’s strategic goals, collaborating closely with our Recruitment Product Owner.
In this diverse position, you will translate business requirements into effective technical configurations, ensuring scalability, usability, efficiency, and security. With a strong grasp of the technology, you will provide project estimations and deliver complex configurations hands-on.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enhancements for candidates and employees through effective configuration of ATS and CRM systems, particularly in HR transformation projects.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver configurations aligned with agreed priorities while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Customer-Centric Approach - Recognizes the importance of customer outcomes and ensures that work efforts are aligned with these goals.
- Passion for Product Development - Remains informed about the latest market innovations and brings valuable insights to the team.
Additional Skills
- Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, along with experience in leading or participating in agile teams within the HR technology landscape.
- Experience in Design Thinking methodologies.
