About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Systems Consultant to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a major multi-year sales system replacement programme for one of the UK's most respected and biggest Managed IT Service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for the sales system transformation programme.
  • Own the sales system requirements and ensure they align with business objectives.
  • Develop clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs) for the CRM system.
  • Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet the needs of the programme.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the as-is to be-is delivered by the partner meets all the requirements and needs of the programme.
  • Lead the opportunity management process, including opportunity, account, and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, and bid/tender management.
  • Implement complex enterprise CRM transformations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, and languages.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise level.
  • Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business systems and experience with major vendor products (Dynamics CE, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
