About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Southampton Extra. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Availability Window

Our availability window is from Sunday to Friday, with shifts available from 06:00 to 13:00. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Tesco Colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Working across the store in our service, picking, and replenishment areas
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being knowledgeable about our store's performance and contributing to driving service and sales
  • Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to create a great inclusive atmosphere
