Hawkmoore Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our client's team on a Care home scheme in Huntingdon. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring all QA checks are completed to the highest standard, and that all works are carried out in line with specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Take responsibility for all QA checks, recording, and reporting
- Liaise with contractors to ensure all works are completed to the expected standard
- May involve taking on Site Manager duties as required to support the overall Site Manager
- Proven track record in working on 60-80 bedroom care homes to a high standard
- 1st aid certification
- SMSTS certification
- Current CSCS card
- Preferably from a joinery background
