The Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our Tech & Change team as a Director of IT Service Delivery. This strategic role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring high availability, and driving continuous improvement across all IT functions.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Service Delivery: Oversee the IT Service Desk, End User Computing, and Application Support functions to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- IT Strategy: Develop and execute an IT service strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices, leveraging ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead the implementation of regulatory frameworks, such as operational resilience and SOx, to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships at the Executive Board level, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in service, infrastructure, and security through automation and AI, ensuring HomeServe UK remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Business Continuity: Ensure robust Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans are in place, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned IT leader with a strong background in IT service delivery, a passion for excellence, and a proven track record of driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Deep knowledge of ITIL, service management, and infrastructure services.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
