Warley Park Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled Senior Greenkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course is presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the golf course to the highest standards, ensuring a consistent playing surface and an enjoyable experience for golfers.
• Manage and maintain the tees, fairways, greens, and rough areas, including mowing, treating, and renovating as required.
• Operate and maintain machinery and tools, including tractors, ride-on machines, and specialist hand mowers.
• Respond to enquiries and deal with golfers in line with current responsibilities and management guidance.
• Attend to drainage problems and apply irrigation as required.
• Plant and prune trees and shrubs as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified to a level 2 NVQ in sports turf management.
• Strong team orientation, work ethic, and great communication skills.
• Ability to manage small teams and projects, including weekend teams and day-to-day operations.
• Passion for turf management and a commitment to delivering high standards.
