About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, handling a broad caseload, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice across a range of issues, including negotiation and drafting of legal documentation.
  • Manage client and matter files efficiently, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal proceedings.
  • Engage in business development and build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Collaborate with experienced partners on complex matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Private Client team, handling a broad caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of the law relating to Private Client work.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex legal matters clearly.
  • Solid organization and time management skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and drafting skills.
  • IT literacy and a willingness to pioneer system development to build efficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Commercial approach to financial management and meeting agreed targets.
