Job Title: Nursery Room Leader - Early Childhood Education Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for young children to develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Child Development: Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and implement engaging activities that promote children's language and communication skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Provide guidance and support to our early childhood education team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to childcare and education.
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement programs that align with our educational philosophy, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Communication and Feedback: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and carers, providing constructive feedback on children's progress and achievements.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our early childhood education programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Room Leader in an early childhood education setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Paediatric First Aid qualification.
