About the Role

P2ML, the structural engineering arm of Mitie Telecoms, is seeking an experienced structural engineer to join our team in Rutherglen. As a key member of our team, you will work predominantly within the Telecoms industry, providing bespoke engineering solutions that set us apart from competitors.

We are looking for a dynamic and talented engineer with a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to complement our team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and analyze structures using MS Tower
  • Design, review, and approve structural strengthening designs
  • Carry out bespoke designs, including hand calculations, and act as lead engineer on project-related works
  • Liaise with clients as the main point of contact for business
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably using MStower or equivalent
  • Chartered Engineer level, with a focus on structural engineering discipline
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and plan and programme works for others
  • Knowledgeable in H&S requirements of projects
  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements
  • Ability to communicate accurately, concisely, and with confidence at all levels
