The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role, working in close collaboration with the development team to design, build, test, and launch digital solutions across both web and mobile interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Lead Developer, demonstrating design and architectural skills.
  • Develop software solutions using Symfony.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all code to ensure compliance with development standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt within the codebase.
  • Enhance and maintain the proprietary technology platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver effective digital solutions for web and mobile.
  • Translate high-level requirements into actionable software designs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to effectively manage priorities and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Symfony development for at least 5+ years is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, HTML, CSS, and code versioning practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Debian is required for project contributions.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Load Balancers) is beneficial.
